1. Purpose of the collection and use of personal data
Your personal data will be collected and used for one-on-one consultation and help desk service (e.g. consultation or answers to any questions).
The least amount of personal data required for the use of the board, including checking/revising/deleting posts will be collected.
2. Items of collected personal data
Required information: Name, and phone number
3. Retention and use period of personal data: To be discarded upon end of this service
4. You may choose not to agree with the collection and use of your personal data as above. In such a case, posting is restricted.
No collected personal data will be used for purposes other than intended and not provided to a third party.
Furthermore, if personal data other than the above items (e.g. phone number) is included in any post, the administrator will revise or delete it so that no personal data is exposed unnecessarily.
