Airport-Hospital Transportation Service
We provide pickup/send-off services between airports and hospitals for international patients and their families visiting Seoul.
Services are provided by drivers proficient in English or other available languages. Welcome services (including welcome signs) are available upon request. If you need interpretation, please contact Seoul Medical & Wellness Center or your hospital.

How to Request

  • Request transport at least 24 hours before the desired date/time, during the following business hours.

    - Weekdays (Mon to Fri) and holidays: 09:00-18:00 (KST)
    - On Saturdays: 09:00-13:00
    ※ Closed on Sundays

  • Transportation services may not be provided by individuals or institutions other than Seoul Medical Tourism Alliance partners. If needed, please contact International Taxi directly. (The service fee should be paid by the requester (institution) to the service provider)

  • Q. What is an airport pickup/send-off service?
    Pickup means transportation from the airport (when arriving in Korea), and send-off means transportation to the airport (when leaving Korea).
    The service covers round trips to and from the airport and your hospital or hotel.
  • Q. How do I request a pickup/send-off service?
    For pickup: Request at least 24 hours before → Booking confirmed → Arrive at the airport → Move by vehicle → Arrive at the hotel/hospital
    For send-off: Request at least 24 hours before → Booking confirmed → Leave the hotel/hospital → Move by vehicle → Arrive at the airport
  • Q. Can I request pickup/send-off on the same day?
    You can make a reservation within the times specified below, at least 24 hours prior to using the service.
    - Weekdays (Mon to Fri) and holidays: 09:00-18:00 (KST)

  • Q. Do I have to pay the fee if I cancel on the service day?
    Seoul Medical Tourism Alliance Partners do not cover the costs if you cancel or fail to show up on the service day.
    You cannot cancel your request once a driver is assigned. Please check your date and time before requesting the service.
