The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Tourism Foundation run a tri-annual Seoul Medical Tourism Interpretation Coordinator Training Program.
The interpretation services are provided by interpreters who complete the program.
In the unfortunate event that you have a complaint about interpretation services, please contact Seoul Medical & Wellness Center.
  • Q. Can I request interpretation services outside of Seoul?
We provide on-site interpretation services for your visits to institutions in Seoul.
However, remote interpretation services (video conference, etc.) are available for institutions outside of Seoul (however, we do not provide document translation services).
  • Q. Can I use remote interpretation services via a messaging app or text message?
Remote interpretation requires face-to-face interaction over video call, etc.
Translating messaging apps (KakaoTalk, Line, etc.) and text messages are considered translation services, which we do not provide.
